I just need my lease covered and so does my roommate. It's located at the Province, just off of UNCGs campus. It's not much more than $60 per month (split between two), so it's really not that much more. The apartment comes FULLY furnished, and it's really nice and homey. Washer and dryer in unit, and it comes with a 40" flat screen TV.Parking is included. You get a spot for your car outside your apartment. Pets aren't allowed here, sadly.
