This is a 1 bedroom upper unit in a very big 4 unit house. This apartment is currently gutted and being totally remodeled ( see photos ) and won't be ready until June first. I am now taking zillow applications if you'd like to be the first tenant to live in it after remodeling project. This is an upper bungalow with cool slanted ceilings. It has a large living room, a cool ass bedroom with slanted ceiling, a large kitchen (of which ever inch is being remodeled) one small bathroom with shower only. When you look at photos you'll see I do before ( meaning what it looks like now) and after photos show what it will look like after the 5 week project is completed. Even thought this unit is currently I will give tours during the remodeling of it. So if you know you'll be wanting to move June 1st and want to be my first tenant to live in a totally remodeled unit fill out a zillow application and message me for a tour. You can't beat the rent price for a totally remodeled unit in which the natural gas heat, the water, and the garbage pick up are all covered by landlord. Tenant only responsible for electric ( and if you chose to have wifi and/or cable) Again look at the photos I've listed and try to imagine the unit when work is finished . Work has just been started on this unit. It is currently gutted and being completely remodeled. Everything will be new for the tenant who gets selected to rent it. Look at photos as I show you what it looks like now then followed by a photo of what it will look like when finished by the end of May. Unit will be ready for June 1st move in. The rent includes gas, water. & Garbage. Tenant responsible for Electric, WiFi, cable. There is a 500.00 refundable security deposit at time of lease signing ( I am taking Zillow Applications for this unit now) I allow dogs & cats. There is a 250.00 refundable dog security deposit or a 150.00 cat security deposit due at time of lease signing. I do allow smoking ( cigarettes or weed ) within the unit itself only. The only form of rent payment accepted is Electronic payment using ( CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle) must show proof of renters insurance ( you can get a renters insurance policy for 7.00 to 8.00 bucks a month). Also if you have a dog or cat I need proof it's up to date with vaccinations. The unit has a shared stair way With entry in front of the house and would be shared with a single tenant who lives in the studio across the hall. The two larger 3 bed and 2 bed units have their own entrances in the back. The lease will be for 1 year. You must have a zillow application on file for me to give a tour I DO NOT SHOW MY APARTMENTS TO ANYONE THAT DOESN'T HAVE THE ZILLOW APPLICATION COMPLETED.
