This is a Quaint and cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath duplex apartment in this home, is located in a very charming and quiet neighborhood. Living room/dining room combo with one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Ceramic tile throughout. The large backyard is divided between tenants. The tenant in the main part of the house is responsible for the front yard and their side of the yard, and the back apartments tenant is only responsible for the their side of the backyard. This Unit is part of the main property, but has no access/entry through to the front unit. Back tenant can use the far right driveway and the carport.
