The community has a large pool for family fun. Directions: Pull in to the complex. My building is the first building you see when you hit the first stop sign. The unit is at the far left second floor. GPS has sent people to the wrong location in the back of the community. Only small Pets Allowed with a pet deposit. Water is included in rent. Absolutely no smoking in the unit. There will be no tolerance for smoking. Upon signing a lease the first month's rent plus deposit will be due. All rules for the condo community must be followed.
