The primary bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. The shower/tub room can also connect to the 1/2 bath in the hall - making for a convenient jack-and-jill bathroom configuration. The main living area is a bright, open floor plan with a relaxing living room (w/ smart TV), fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable dining area. Full-sized washer/dryer are located in the garage. Outside, the backyard patio provides a cozy sitting area and a hot tub - creating the perfect setting to watch the sun rise or set. Convenient parking for 2-3 vehicles is available in the driveway.
