The apartments now offer central heat/air, new kitchens furnished with stove/fridge/dishwasher, new windows & doors, fully remodeled bath, vinyl flooring throughout except bedroom has carpet. Mingo Co Housing accepted as well as VASH and possibly Shelter Care thru Huntington Housing Authority. Tenants will have furnished kitchens, wall to wall carpeting, plenty of closet space, water/sewer/garbage paid for them. All you'll have to do as a new tenant is move (pending application and background) and keep the lights on. Any questions feel free to call during normal business hours 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Everyone over age 18 will need to complete an application and $21 money order each adult background check. 1 year
