The living room and dining room are a good size. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...). The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The front bedroom has two double beds, end tables, and closet. There\'s also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with two additional chairs. You can access the private fenced backyard from dining room. From here you can get to the driveway as well. Full size laundry is located in a separate room between the bedrooms. The whole property is yours to enjoy! Feel free to park on the driveway or the street. We live in Georgetown, and are downtown a lot for work/social/fun. If you run into any issues, just let us know and we will get it taken care of. We very much care about your experience and want to make sure your stay is great! The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of old and new homes, nestled in a diverse part of downtown. Here, you can find commercial and residential areas all together in the same vicinity. The people here are very friendly; you often see neighbors talking to each other on their porches or out on a walk. There are trails nearby leading to the river, parks, and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops for everyone to explore downtown. It\'s a great place for residents to come together and make the most of living in such an exciting part of town! There is plenty of street parking, but you\'ll have access to the private driveway where you can load/unload and enter the property. We stay here sometimes when it\'s not booked, and generally walk or ride bikes everywhere we go. We have had multiple guests bring kids, and we 100% welcome them!
