A fully finished and heated 1300+ sq. ft. garage/shop has multiple 240 volt outlets for all your man toys. The fully finished and metal lined 54' drive through RV garage contains an industrial floor sump drain and a hot, high pressure washer. The entire 4000+ sq. ft. structure is insulated with spray foam making it unbelievably quiet and energy efficient. While the RV garage and garage/shop have been lightly used on occasion, the living space is brand new just waiting for you to make it your own!
