The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or often wade to naturally occurring white sand cays popular with dolphin\'s sand-dollars and occasionally giant-conch. This is the spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes.
