For those who work from home, a built-in desk is perfectly positioned to catch the morning light or the soothing view of the pool, equipped with all necessary amenities to facilitate productivity in solitude. The room connects to a shared bathroom, which, despite being shared with two other renters, maintains an air of luxury. It boasts a large Jacuzzi tub for relaxation after long days, alongside a shower. This setup not only provides the privacy and serenity needed for a professional but also ensures that the space is both beautiful and practical, making it an ideal sanctuary within a shared living environment. This is a month-to-month rental. You must give 30 days' notice to vacate. No smoking inside house. We do not allow overnight guests, but exceptions can be made. You may come and go as you please. There is full access to the kitchen for cooking and the pool amenities. We accept all our renters as a member of the family. We will be present in the home most of the time, but your privacy is always respected.
