Walk, Bike, Drive or take direct bus to UW. The set of 2 bedrooms+studio includes 2 kitchens, 2 refrigerators, 2 bathrooms. It's a nice quiet setup without maintenance hassles. The backyard has outdoor table, chairs, plants, lots of foilage, etc. The driveway holds 2 cars off-street (1 for house manager) with plenty of free on-street parking. This is not a place for parties, drugs, loud music, etc. No pets, sorry! It's perfect for the happy, focused student. Flexible owner/landlord and everything is in excellent condition so you will have no headaches. NOTE: The upper level is rented to 4 female UW students. You can stay separate as your group of collaborate as you desire. School Year: Sept 1 - August 31 the following year
