Hello all, and hope you're having a great day. I'll be leasing out my town home starting around 1/15/20 - 1/30/20 - depending on the date for my move. It is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath town home - approx 1,650 sq ft. It is in Park South Station which is a gated community. It's always been a safe neighborhood and i've never had any issues or worries like that about even leaving my car unlocked outside. I am willing to discuss a "mostly" furnished option, for anyone looking for that option, in which, for an agreed upon additional price, you would basically only need to provide a bedroom set (living room couch set, kitchen table, TV entertainment center, and other TV's, would all be included in this). Can discuss more though for serious buyers later. Happy to show the place when available. The minimum lease will be 12 months. Has Laundry/Kitchen/ all of that included. A 1 car garage - with 1 car additional parking in the driveway. Additional parking in the neighborhood. Community not only has an awesome pool, where i've met a ton of great neighbors, but also a very nice gym facility/dog park/small children play area. Pets could be possible, but will need to be discussed. No pets over 70 lbs though. And as for now, that's all I can think of. Please reach out with any questions and i'll get you quick responses!
