Occupancy is subject to references. No smoking or pets. Total is $1,325/month including utilities. Unit may possibly be ready prior to Oct. 1 (Sept. 21, likely) in which case we can prorate the monthly rent. Current tenant is available to speak to as a reference. He is moving out as he bought a home for himself and his mother. He will be missed but we look forward to meeting our new tenant of course. Max occupancy is 2. No pets. Cable not included but wifi is if you use Roku or the like.
