Unit may possibly be ready prior to Oct. 1 (Sept. 21, likely) in which case we can prorate the monthly rent. Current tenant is available to speak to as a reference. He is moving out as he bought a home for himself and his mother. He will be missed but we look forward to meeting our new tenant of course. Max occupancy is 2. No pets.
