Have your own bungalow in VENICE!! just off world famous Abbot Kinney Blvd & Venice blvd. obviously it's a major, popular cross streets and this street is just off that in what feeling like a private and quiet street. and of course central and 5 to 10 min walk to the Beach depending on fitness level (muscle beach, flea market style shops, many food options, and the famous skate park on the beach) new construction. Currently its Airbnb but open to monthly and or longer :-) Basically 3 min walk to Erewhon fresh food market and Alfred coffee which is what I would do every morning since I don't cook. Can not beat the Westside as being the best spot for living in LA. and bars, very central and safe. 2 people suggested, its cozy . all yours. nothing shared month to month, the longer the better for me. Only pay rent, internet, water, power is included an Agent suggest because it fully furnished this is the price
