What the owner loves about this home
No one beats this location! A block from the high school, lake Pepin, shopping and walking paths. This beautiful Historic District is so charming. Not one home two houses are alike. This home is truly special with its old and new additions. The pond is serene to sit out back in private and read a book or work on the gardens. The beautiful family home aside, the neighbors are the best I’ve ever had. Ages range from 32-80. Everyone helps everyone else. I will miss it and the neighbors cookies!
