The master bedroom is a great size and has a large closet with sliding mirror doors. Bathroom has just been completely renovated and is brand new. There is a private laundry room attached to the home but there is not dryer and washer, you can provide your own. There is also tankless water heater. 1 parking space in the drive way 1 garage Well behaved Dogs and cats are fine, but no outdoor only dogs. Water, trash and Gardner are included in rent The lawn died but we are going to plant a new one when spring comes Month to month lease Land owner pays water, trash and gardener. Well behaved dogs and cats are okay, just no outdoor only dogs.
