You must include with your application: past 3 months of bank statements your 3 most recent pay stubs or statements of income 1 personal reference, 1 employment reference and 1 rental reference a valid driver's license, social security card or state issued ID. There is a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $325 for the 1st Pet and $100 for one more additional pet (2 max) and a $25 per month recurring fee. No aggressive or dangerous dog breeds are allowed.
