You will have a separate entrance, parking space, your own private patio with spectacular views of Red Rocks and Denver. The 1,500 sq ft space has a private bedroom with a Queen sized bed and an additional offset bedroom area with a new memory foam full sized mattress (that can be stored in a closet like a Murphy bed) for occasional overnight guests. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, electric kettle and mini fridge. If you need more refrigerator or freezer space you can access the units in the garage. Relax after a long day of activities in front of the fireplace watching the big screen TV or sitting on your patio enjoying a beverage watching the sunset. This unit is a totally private, lockoff apartment in our home. It is available for a 3 month term then negotiable on a month to month basis. The rent includes all utilities, trash and water, access to washer and dryer, WiFi, internet, Xfinity and Roku streaming and parking. When requesting an appointment please include information about yourself and your situation. We will only rent to only one resident, ( no couples or kids, however occasional guests are OK) one vehicle and no pets (no matter how well behaved).
