Fully furnished room in a spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath house close enough for an easy bike ride to the CSUF campus. Carpeted bedroom with vinyl hardwood looking flooring throughout the common areas and a bathroom next to your room. You will be sharing the house with me and my brother, and two cats. My brother works nights and sleeps through much of the day. Enjoy the outdoors on the spacious covered patio or take a dip in the pool on those hot Fresno afternoons.
Offering a 6 month lease. No smoking inside the house. Parking available on the street. This is a corner house with ample street parking available. No additional fees or costs above the rent. Will consider allowing small dog if they are cat friendly. If we agree on you having a small dog live with us you will be responsible for cleaning up after them.
