December 23rd, 2016 I had a fire in my laundry room. The fire department reacted quickly and most of the damage was completely cosmetic in nature. The building is still a sound structure. I have gone through and repainted all the walls with KILZ paint to cover up smoke damage and help eliminate the smoke smell from the home. I have decided that I am just going to sell the house and .52 acres of land it is on and start new in another part of the city.
