This is a very comfortable bedroom and bath in my condo apartment. Rent includes all utilities including wi fi and private assigned parking. I have rented primarily to students doing summer interns or to medical staff who are travel professionals. The Condo complex is lovely, lots of trees, swimming pool (outdoor) and small fitness room weights and small variety of machines. Generally I prefer a. 3 month term or close to that. I am a retired woman so the place is congenial for quiet living and resting. The apt. does not have a television but most people have used their computers for everything. Some may need kitchen privileges and that is up for condition. Tenant cleans own room and areas of use. I am not seeking a roommate. I don't require renter's insurance but it is advised that you get your own, It is not expensive. My photo app is a bit ornery today so I cannot add photos but if you are willing to send your email I will email several photos of the rental space. We do share an entrance and that has not been a problem. People come and go as needed. The whole complex is non smoking or vaping. Thank you for your interest.
