However, I have accepted a new job and am moving home, closer to my family & friends. I must terminate my lease early and I am trying to mitigate my rent responsibility past the move-out date. I am moving out effective Sept 24 and this unit should be available shortly thereafter. Please enjoy a thorough tour of my home here: Huge (13-16ft) vaulted cielings in living room, 2nd bedroom, and master bedroom. Gas fireplace, real wood shelves in pantry, linen closet, and both bedrooms' closets (no wire shelving = yay!), real tile (not plastic) in both baths. Both bedrooms feature walk-in closets and tons of natural light. Garbage disposal and track lighting in kitchen (sorry, forgot to show in video.) Deep window box off kitchen for herbs, plant starts, etc. Ample dining nook (can fit 6 person dining table) with chandelier lighting. Built-in bar with overhead lighting and cabinet space! There is access through a gateway, right behind my building and next to the *dog park.* There is also a main trailhead with parking at the base of the complex, from which you can go north to Littleton and Writer's Vista Park, or south to Flyin' B park, the golf course, or Chatfield resevoir park (with boating, camping, horses, etc.) Also from the trail, you can bike or walk to Target, Natural Grocers, tonnnns of restaurants, Prost Brewing, etc. We also have 2 major hospitals within 3-4 minutes drive: Littleton Adventist (to the north) and UCHealth (to the south). Also, cool bonus... there is a medical campus *right* next door. Basically the same campus as the apartments. My primary/family care doctor and my opthalmologist are there and it's literally a 1-2minute walk to medical appointments. Super close to 470 means easy commute to anywhere. Close to lots of great parks, including Writers Vista, Flyin' B, Chatfield, as listed above PLUS the town center waterpark for kids, the library, sherriff & voting dropbox, shops & restaurants of Highlands Ranch Town Center. The complex amenities include a large kitchen/living/tv room, a business/printing center, coffee bar, gym, dog washing, sauna, pool & hot tub w waterfall, cabanas, outdoor fireplace w lounge seating. There is also an Amazon package hub. I will be vacating this unit on 9/23. It should be available by early October. I do not represent Avenue5 property management and I do not make any promises or assertions on their behalf. This is not a subletting situation. I will be terminating my lease, effective 9/24/22. The purpose of this ad is to help get the unit leased as soon as possible, limiting my own exposure for rent responsibility past the move-out date.
