Credit Check - Must have No unpaid collections, No unpaid judgements, or liens against you, and No outstanding debts or slow payment history. 8. Criminal History - Must have never been convicted of a felony. 9. We require at least 3 times the amount of rent in income. (Which means if the rent is $500.00 you must make at least $1,500.00) 10. If property is pet friendly, Animal cannot be over 25 lbs full grown. To view on of our properties: You must have a valid Driver's License or ID card and a $20.00 key deposit that will check the key out for 1 hour.
