Smoking in the apartment is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking in the unit or hosting parties. The building charges a mandatory daily resort fee of $35 plus taxes at check-in. Pet Policy: We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats. Dogs must weigh no more than 75 pounds, and cats must be domesticated. A maximum of one pet per unit is allowed. Pets must be well-trained, quiet, and non-disruptive and should not exhibit aggressive behavior towards other guests or animals. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment unless they are crated. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets and are expected to clean up after their pets both inside the apartment and in common areas of the property. Pets must be leashed when in outdoor areas of the property, and owners are responsible for disposing of pet waste properly. Guests must adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding pet ownership.
