Enjoy Graduation and Reunion Weekend in the comfort of our home. Our home is located in the heart of Cayuga Heights. We have a great backyard that is fenced in with a patio, pool, hot tub, outdoor speakers and dining tables for up to 10 people. We love to entertain especially in nice weather! Inside, our home has hardwood floors throughout the first floor and new wall to wall carpet in the lower level family room. We have a 64 inch projection tv with Bose surround sound and a bar for indoor evenings. There are three bedrooms on the main floor. The master has a king size bed with a newly renovated bath. There is one bedroom with twin beds and another with a Queen. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower. We also have a den that has a pull out sofa that we use as a quest room. The lower level family room also has a pull out sofa and extra room for air mattresses if needed. There is a full bath with a shower in our laundry room. It sounds weird but it's very nice! We love the idea of sharing our home with a family that wants to relax in a casual, inviting home while celebrating the graduation or reunion of friends and family. Arrive on Friday afternoon and stay until Monday morning.
