We loved it so much, we decided to make Fort Collins home permanently and we just bought a house. But it's a little earlier than we planned, so now we need a subleaser to take over our lease ending in June 2025, with the option to extend the lease. Move in: September 15th, and can flexible on date if necessary just ask! Application fee is $50 per application. Anyone 18 years or older needs to apply. (Can be paid in cash, check, or money order.) Pet Policy: There is a two pet maximum at this property. There is a deposit of $200 (per pet), due with the security deposit. No pet rent. Lease & Move-In Costs: Security deposit of $2150, due upon signing the lease. $50 tenant set-up fee per tenant, due upon lease start. Monthly Costs: Monthly rent of $2000 (market rate). Tenant pays all utilities directly to the provider (and any desired cable/internet).
