Initial Payment: To move in, tenant must pay First Month's Prorated Rent (if applicable) + Security Deposit ($1,200). (See Pro-Ration Explanation below). Smoking Policy: STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No smoking, vaping, or use of any recreational smoke (including marijuana) is allowed inside the suite or anywhere on the property. Landlord is responsible for repairs to the structure, appliances, and major systems. Termination Notice: 30-Day Notice required from either party to terminate the tenancy. Written notice must align with the rental cycle (termination date must be a Monthly Due Date). Lease Agreement: All terms will be formalized in a signed Month-to-Month Rental Agreement prior to move-in.
