Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors. We allow cats with a nonrefundable pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $35. $50 for two pets. Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and net income must be at least 3x the monthly rent. Documents needed for the application are photo ID and 1 month of paystubs. Thank you!
