I will be moving out of state in December so the apartment will be available late December/early January. I will be leaving most of the furniture and kitchen appliances (unless you don't want it) The lease runs until July 31st with the opportunity to renew for 12 months. This apartment is right on the 5th Avenue bus line, 5-10 minute bus ride into Oakland, 20 minutes to Downtown. 20-25 minute drive to the North Hill and the North side, Monroeville etc. Right across the street from Chatham University! 10 minute walk to Walnut Street and down South Highland Ave. to the downtown Shadyside shops! Garage parking available at an extra fee, I've parked on the street for the $20 a year pass and have never had a problem. Pet friendly with pet rent. Available late December or early January. The lease runs until July 31st and you will be able to renew for 1 year. Water/sewage and electricity/heat are not included in the rent.
