I have a 1 bedroom apartment coming available in August, which will be ready to rent by September 1, 2018. This is a sublet through November 26 with the option to re-sign the lease. The rent is $925 per month due by the 1st of each month. Utilities can be rolled over to the person who takes over the lease. Returnable security deposit is $300. This apartment is near Fred Fletcher Park and about 0.4 miles from the corner of Glenwood and Peace in a quiet neighborhood. In other words, it's the perfect location. The apartment is about 950-1000 sqft with hardwood throughout and 1950's style checkered tile in the kitchen and bathroom. It is shaded by a large oak tree, but well lit from the front and back doors that open to the street (from the front) or the back lot (from the back). There is 1 on-street parking spot and 1 assigned parking spot by the back door. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. The apartment also has a stackable washer and dryer. The main rooms have separate AC units, one of which was installed last year. There are two small entry-style closets, one large double-door closet, and a built in dresser (in the bedroom). The layout really optimizes the space, so it feels open and airy. The neighbors are all very quiet. In the apartment, there are people in their late 20s/early 30s, and in the neighborhood there are young families and middle-aged folks. With that in mind, absolutely under no circumstances will partying be tolerated. This is a great place to live if you enjoy downtown, but aren't into the party lifestyle. It's also extremely safe. Sorry. No pets allowed. I am relocating. Otherwise, I would stay here forever. :) Renter pays utilities; no pets
