There is no gate at the Park Shore Resort. Uber and Lyft are very common in this area if you choose not to rent a car. You can walk to a few restaurants but driving is recommended. Per the HOA, there must be one person who is at least 25 years old staying in the unit. They will not provide a key to anyone under that age. The hot tub is not operational at this time. The unit is thoughtfully stocked with a starter set of body wash, bar soap, shampoo and conditioner, 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels, and 1 dishwashing pod. Once these items run out, they are not replenished. You will need to check in to the office to obtain a key. Parking is free but you will need a pass from the office.
