Your accommodations include two king beds and a sleeper sofa along with two full-sized bathrooms. There is casual indoor dining for four and outdoor meals can be enjoyed on the lanai at the dining set that seats two and a seating area that seats two, or at the grilling gazebo at Park Shore Resort. The main bedroom is located in the rear of the condo and has a sprawling en-suite bathroom along with direct lanai access. The second bedroom has a king bed and a wall-mounted smart TV. Parking is available just outside the building on the ground floor. There is an elevator to the third floor of the building along with stairs. This unit has a full-sized washer and dryer for guests to use throughout their stay. This condo comes with two beach chairs for guests to use while staying. TVs are located in each of the bedrooms and the family room, and they are all smart TVs. Live channels are available in the family room. The condo offers parking just outside the building on the ground floor. There is a maximum of six guests allowed per reservation, and occupancy is strictly enforced. The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th, 2025.
