Courts of Colfax is a tax credit affordable housing community for those age 55 or over. Located in Warsaw In. and near many things for your convenience. We offer 1-bedroom apartments located on 2 floors (elevator & stair access) each unit has a patio/balcony and outdoor storage area. A few on-site amenities include: 4 laundry rooms, a beauty salon (by appointment only), computer room, indoor mailboxes, community room with full kitchen for use by all residents. Pets allowed (fees & restrictions do apply) We are an income restricted property with income caps that cannot be exceeded (income cannot exceed $42,360.00 a year for 1 person or $48,420.00 for 2 people) applicants must gross 2 times the rent amount per month to qualify. We accept section 8 housing voucher. Rent is $936 per month. Water, sewage & trash included, resident pays electric. Deposit is 500.00 We would love to welcome you home here at Courts of Colfax. We require a $15 application fee per adult and a $100 (30 day holding fee) these fees are non-refundable if application is denied. All payments will be made via Domuso (our online payment portal).
