The requirements include asking for a copy of the driver's licenses of anyone over the age of 18 who will be residing in the property. Any falsification in any applicant's paperwork will result in the automatic denial of the lease application, the applicant will not be given the option of reapplying, and the applicant group forfeits ALL deposits and fees paid. 4- Applicant agrees not to inquire or apply if the minimum requirements are not met. The following are the minimum requirements: The combined Gross Income must be three times (3x) the monthly rent. NO more than 2 persons per room.
