Use the front porch to sit and relax as you watch the garden grow. Use the backyard to hang out and soak up the sun. Five minute walk to Victoria Park subway, ten minutes to Main subway. Walking distance to all you could need - three groceries stores, drug store, shopping plaza, LCBO, Beer Store, restaurants. Dentonia Park (a huge green space with playground, soccer and cricket pitches, baseball diamond, splash pad and mature trees) is just down the street, as is Taylor Creek (which is part of the Don Valley trail system). Walk to the Beach and the lake in 30 minutes. I am looking for the right tenants to treat my home as theirs. I've worked hard to set up my sweet little nest and whoever moves in needs to treat it with as much care as if it was their own.
