It includes TV, internet, and trash pickup. Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc., can optionally be included. The outside living space includes a large, private backyard, deck, and outdoor seating. The unfinished basement is equipped with table tennis and laundry. Perfect home for temporary family/work crew housing or just winter relaxation. One pet may be allowed, but smoking is not allowed. The tenant is responsible for utilities (oil, propane, and electric) and snow removal. A first and security deposit are required. This is a 6-month rental available Sept/Oct 2025 ending April/May, 2026. Rent does not include utilities (oil and electric). Rent does include TV/Internet service.
