WINTER RENTAL is available through April or May 2026. The spacious, fully furnished home is located in Manomet, Massachusetts, a small, private neighborhood in the southern coastal area of Plymouth. It is within a short 5-minute walk to the local association's private beach. Easy access to major roadways and local shopping/attractions. A one-hour drive to Boston (1 hr) or take the train/bus from Plymouth. The house comfortably accommodates 8 with a king, queen, and four twin beds all on the second floor. It includes TV, internet, and trash pickup. Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc., can optionally be included. The outside living space includes a large, private backyard, deck, and outdoor seating. The unfinished basement is equipped with table tennis and laundry. Perfect home for temporary family/work crew housing or just winter relaxation. One pet may be allowed, but smoking is not allowed. The tenant is responsible for utilities (oil, propane, and electric) and snow removal. A first and security deposit are required. This is a 6-month rental available Sept/Oct 2025 ending April/May, 2026. Rent does not include utilities (oil and electric). Rent does include TV/Internet service.
