The condominium is immaculate. It's a townhome style, located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the small 34-unit building. The resident managers are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The townhome-style unit creates an exceptional separation of space when privacy and quiet are needed. On the entry-level are the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and full bath. A stairway leads to 2 bedrooms with lots of closet space and a full bath. Your private parking space is directly below the unit, use the stairs or the elevator to access the front door. Take the beach bus or drive to many attractions, from museums, music, and shopping, to sports activities in both St. Petersburg and Tampa. Indian Rocks Beach is a true old Florida paradise!
