Mobile home in Oaktree 55+ community. Home needs some paint & carpeting. PET FRIENDLY !! All the heavy lifting done for zero worries: furnace, HWH, add'l plumbing, roof in great shape, etc. Not a fan of CA so dedicated circuits put in for window AC both ends of the unit; however, I paid an extra $500+ for an upgraded furnace which I believe has a central air conversion kit potential. The verbiage is on the original receipt. I've collected items that I haven't even used yet like vessel sinks for a bathroom reno, SS kitchen sink, new bath fan, etc. The heat tape was replaced in November '20 so there's a year to go on that. Most furniture can stay or go, curtains, patio set w/umbrella, big TV, etc. Not much of a decorator but working in colors of Country French; more of a *function first* person so rest easy that the stuff which is essential to "living" is in tip-top shape. Carport measures 11x17 so it acts like an extra room outdoors most of the year. There are 2 storage sheds on the property as well as 2 separate outdoor entertaining/seating areas: one on concrete patio near BBQ & the other creekside under a large shade tree.
