About your potential landlord what I'm looking for
I'm looking for (a) clean, sensible, low clutter solvent person/people who will see the value of living in something brand new and keep it in good shape, such as by not wearing shoes inside and keeping things clean. I the landlord also live and work in Somerville and I manage things hands on completely myself, no management companies, no realtor fees, etc. I work and live nearby and am able to act quickly on maintenance issues. I did all the interior and exterior finish work on the house myself over 2014 and managed/played a part in the rest of the work.
