There is a half bath just outside the bedroom door. The first floor family suite includes another queen bedroom, a large family/TV room equipped with TV, wifi for streaming, a second fireplace, a second full bath with a deep tub/shower, a laundry area, a granite wet bar with a second dishwasher and mini fridge, ample closets and storage, two stone patio areas, a gas grill, an outdoor lounging and dining area, and a very large lawn and gardens--all with more spectacular water views.
