Bedroom has queen bed with 2 closets Additional sitting room/office has two closets Brand new washer dryer and brand new refrigerator House is on 70 acre property, which leads to a path with walking trails that leads up to a big field. Beautiful area, very quiet and peaceful. Sandisfield is largest land area in the Berkshires. It is close to New Marlborough, Otis, Southfield and Monterey. The Inn on Green Restaurant, Southfield Store and Restaurant, Cantina 229 Restaurant, York Lake (swimming and fishing), Umpachene Falls, are all within 10-15 minute drive. Great Barrington with lots of restaurants, shopping, Butternut Ski Area is 16 miles away (about 20-30 minute drive). 20 miles from Tanglewood. 15 miles from Jacob's Pillow. Lots of beautiful hiking everywhere. 120 miles to NYC or Boston (approx 2 1/2 hour drive). Great place to relax. Ideally looking to rent house for 4 months but dates are flexible. Utilities not included. We would consider month to month, or a minimum of 2 week stay. If 2 week stay cost will be $1,500 for 2 week period and deposit of $500.
