This room rental is a bright sunny private room with three windows, wood floors, on the second floor with no shared walls with any other rooms. The room has its own closet and adjoining private bathroom with standup shower, vanity, toilet and window. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Plenty of parking, and dry basement storage. We are located just over the Falmouth Foreside line about 12-15 minutes from downtown Portland. Shared space includes living room with apple tv, kitchen and dining room (all open concept) and shared space opens up to a large stone patio with ample patio furniture. The home has a fire pit, screened in porch, and a green egg BBQ. Renter has access to a large stand alone laundry room with washer and dryer. Kitchen includes full use of all appliances, cooking and eating needs. We have a microwave, smartoven, crockpot, instapot, two built in ovens, range top, dishwasher, refridgeratior and water filter. There is pantry space for your food storage. We have limited freezer space. This is a beautiful bright and sunny home with too many windows to count. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home with dry storage and parking. Modern furniture in shared space, and is a nice area for running and biking. Rent includes all utilities and internet. We are a married couple with a 22 year old daughter who spends the academic calender year away at college. My husband is an entrepreneur and I work as an online educator. My husband and I both practice Transcendental Meditation and we are fairly quiet, cook at home, enjoy being active, are busy with graduate school and work from home during the week and like to be home on the weekends. We are sober and our daughter drinks occasionally we do not smoke or use marijuana. We have two medium size dogs (30lbs each). We are looking for a renter who is quiet, clean, kind and thoughtful, who will keep common areas clear of personal belongings and clean up spaces after use. We work from home off and on over the week so ask that day time work hours the house is fairly quiet. We are early to bed and early risers and we have enjoyed having two different housemates over the last six years. We don't allow any smoking, drugs, or vaping on the property or overnight guests. If air conditioning is desired we reccommend you purchase your own unit after seeing the space. The window style require a specific unit. We welcome all identities in our home, we would want our renter to have these shared values. This is non negotiable for us. Month to Month, $500 security deposit.
