OUR OPINION: This spacious one bedroom plus bonus nook in an elevator building features both slate and hardwood floors, big windows for lots of light, built in closets. and a private balcony. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave. The unit also has a private washer/dryer. Pets are welcome. There is a broker fee. THE LOCATION: The building stands close to the corner of Richardson Street and Monitor, in Williamsburg. The distance to the train is roughly 10 minutes by foot. We love the immediate surroundings, and how peaceful the street is (people do not use this portion of Monitor Street other than residents since there is a loop of one-ways). Surrounding the building are several unique condo buildings, and Graham Avenue is steps away, lined with restaurants and shops.
