Pets are welcome. Broker fee is 15%. THE LOCATION: The building stands close to the corner of Richardson Street and Monitor, in Williamsburg. The distance to the train is roughly 10 minutes by foot. We love the immediate surroundings, and how peaceful the street is (people do not use this portion of Monitor Street other than residents since there is a loop of one-ways).
