Rates are monthly anytime from November 15th, 2014 to February 28th, 2015 Stays longer than 90 days will not incur any taxes. First and last month's rent due upon making the reservation. Additional monthly payments are to be made on the first of each month. Furnished winter rentals also include basic utilities(electric, phone, cable, WIFI, water, landscaping, pool maintenance(if applicable), and gas(if applicable). And rentals that allow pets for longer stays will possibly require a pet fee and/or a pet deposit.
