The updates during late 2013 and mid-2014 included replacing the shake shingle roof with a four star asphalt, hail resistant roofing system with a life-time and transferable warranty, repainting of the entire house, and replacing the concrete driveway. 2021 Improvements include totally remodeled laundry room with new flooring, stainless steel sink, new washer and dryer, new baseboards and painting.
