This is a 12-lot trailer park, as of now there are 8 trailers in the park, one is going to be removed soon, because it was abandoned, the land is being split from the owner land and he has a well that supplies the trailers. So, a new well needs to be drilled and the owner will give 10,000 dollars to put a new well in place. The park rents are 200 dollars per month with six-month leases. they all have their own septic tank and are all 1000 gallon and were being pumped out on a rotating period. Also, there is a pump house that controls the water to each lot. all the roads in the park are gravel. The mobile homes are all owned by the person renting the park spaces.
