Lease Information: To ensure a smooth stay, this midterm rental is governed by the Ontario Standard Lease on a flexible month-to-month basis. This provides the flexibility of a shorter stay while ensuring both parties are protected. Term will be a 30-day minimum, renewing monthly. Agreement will be a formal midterm rental agreement.
