Please provide your email address to receive the application materials. Tenant is responsible for heating oil and electric. Tenant is responsible for clearing snow and ice and mowing lawn. There is no water or sewer charge. It is septic and well. There is no smoking. There are no notorious breeds of dogs allowed. 2 months due at signing. 3rd month is due in 10 monthly payments of $135 on months 2 through 11 of lease. It is a one year or possibly a multi-year lease. The landlord has vehicles stored long-term in garage. Garage is not part of tenancy.
