Ocean is across the street (not waterfront) Comfortable STUDIO APARTMENT, FULLY FURNISHED, equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, toaster oven and utensils. (Studio units do not have a stove) No Smoking on premises, no animals. Queen size bed, futon sofa, Flat Screen TV w/cable & wi-fi, Heat/Air. With southern exposure even though it's still winter, on warmer days it's nice to be able to relax on the balcony, or better yet, walk across the street to the beach where there are paved walking paths along the Ocean. Covered Parking for 1 vehicle, on-site coin-op laundry room. No pets, no smoking. Rental process: $49 non refundable application/credit/background check. Upon approval, rental agreement plus 1st months rent, security of $1000 + $200 Exit clean fee) due at signing. (If stay is less than 185 days, add NH Rooms Tax 8.5% to monthly rent). FOR WINTER RENTAL - Mid September through May 31st. Rent $1400 (based on a minimum of 185 nights). If less than 185 nights Add 8.5% to monthly rent (NH Rooms Tax). Winter Rentals require Application, Credit/Background check and lease. Non-refundable application fee $49. Upon approval Rental Agreement with 1st months rent & $1000 Security + $200 Exit Cleaning fee. due at signing. All utilities are included.
